Learn More About Our Clinic Needs & Upcoming Projects

While our primary focus is always on the animals we serve, some essential needs and projects extend beyond direct patient care. These items and improvements play a vital role in strengthening our mission—helping us provide a higher level of care, operate more efficiently, and expand the services we can offer to our community.

From equipment upgrades and facility improvements to special project needs, every item on this list helps us create a safer, more effective, and more compassionate environment for both animals and the people who love them. By supporting these efforts, you’re not only helping us care for today’s patients but also ensuring that we can meet the growing needs of our community for years to come.

Future Improvements & Clinic Equipment Needed

Surgical Table

  • We strive to provide the highest quality spay and neuter care to the animals who need us most—and that starts with the right equipment. An upgraded surgical table will improve safety for both patients and veterinary staff, offering state-of-the-art features and proper ergonomics for our team. This upgrade will help us continue performing more than 4,300 spay/neuter surgeries each year.

Dental Machine

  • Our dental program, launched in 2018, has grown into one of our most needed services. While the original machine was purchased to perform minor cleanings, today we provide weekly dental procedures—many involving advanced dental disease and full-mouth extractions. Our current machine is struggling to keep up with demand for this life-saving program, making an upgrade essential.

Parking Lot

  • From the start, our parking lot has posed challenges—potholes and unclear markings for parking and handicap spaces make it less than welcoming. Repairing potholes and repainting lines will improve safety during our busy check-in and check-out times while creating a more positive first impression of our clinic.

Ultrasonic Cleaner

  • This machine is the first step in the sterilization process for surgical instruments and is critical to maintaining the high quality of our services. Last purchased in 2017, it is used throughout the day to sterilize upwards of 30 surgical packs. A new ultrasonic cleaner will ensure we can meet the increasing demand for surgical procedures.

Industrial Washer and Dryer

  •  Laundry is one of the dirtiest yet most essential parts of our daily operations. We wash 7–9 loads of towels, blankets, and linens every day to keep patients safe and comfortable. Our current residential-grade machines struggle to keep up, requiring frequent repairs. Industrial-grade equipment will ensure reliability and efficiency for our high-volume needs.
