We are thrilled to announce that a generous donor has given HSNC the privilege of having our own in-house diagnostics lab! For years, we have been mailing out our labs and waiting sometimes days for results. It also means we can’t do a lot of same-day procedures, and pets and their parents have to come in for multiple appointments for one procedure. For the safety of patients, we also limit some of our services because we don’t have access to same-day results.

After coming to us, Dr. Ott referred her to an eye specialist who agreed there was nothing that could be done to save her eyes. Andi came back to the clinic and the double enucleation commenced. Her surgery was smooth sailing, and she is on the road to recovery!

Poor Shadow, a community cat, was brought in by a concerned neighbor. His foot was so swollen that it was about twice the size of his other feet!
