What To Know Before Your Appointment:
*Cats must always be in a secure carrier, no carboard boxes or luggage totes. Dogs must be left in the car while owner checks in*
*All Credit Card (not debit) transactions have an automatic 3% handling fee*
Surgical Appointments

Make sure your pet has had NO FOOD after midnight

Surgical patient drop-off is 7-7:45am

Arriving after 8am forfeits your appointment and your deposit

Dog spays/neuters are ready for pick-up 3-4pm
-
Cat spay/neuters are ready for pick-up 4-4:30pm

WE DO NOT CALL OR TEXT WHEN PETS ARE READY FOR PICK-UP

*Dogs only* Up to date rabies is REQUIRED, bring in your pets certificate, the tag alone will not suffice. If your dog is not up to date, we will administer that day for $21

Failure to notify us of needing to cancel/change your appointment at least 2 business days before will forfeit your deposit

Exam Appointments

Arriving late for your appointment forfeits your deposit

Please bring any and all previous vet records if it is your pets first time being seen at HSNC

Rabies is REQUIRED for all exam patients

If you do not bring an up to date rabies certificate, we will administer in house for $21

FOR DROP-OFF EXAMS​

Be prepared to be present the first 15-30 minutes at drop-off for your consultation with Doctor​

Pick-up 4:30-4:45pm unless otherwise told by staff

Your pet will be at the clinic for most, or all of the day. Please plan your day accordingly

You will be called/texted to approve any treatments or estimates
